The Thai Frozen Foods Association (TFFA) has responded to the countervailing trade duties placed on many Asian shrimp producers last week, saying it doesn't understand the reasoning of the US Department of Commerce (USDOC).

"We really feel disappointed with such duty rates and would like to question the DOC on what kind of logic or calculations they applied," Udom Chariyavilaskul, senior advisor for foreign affairs at TFFA, told IntraFish.
