The joint venture, High Health Thailand (HHT), has an investment of over THB 400 million ($11 million/€8.4 million) for the commercial research and development of high-quality shrimp breeds, post-larvae and nauplii, for distribution to shrimp farmers.
The joint venture effort broadens Thai Union's integrated business infrastructure of manufacturing and exporting processed fishery products, particularly shrimp, from breed selection through feed, contract farming and processing to distribution channels.
