Taiwanese company Sushi Express is eyeing the US market, where there is huge potential for expansion, its CEO Cooper Sun told IntraFish.
Sushi Express, which has a strong presence in Chinese-populated areas such as Taiwan, Hong Kong and China, is targeting to open its first outlets in cities along the west coast by next where there are significant Asian populations in that area, he said.
