The company, based in Zurich, is launching the “Simply Bake” line under Tesco’s own brand. It features salmon fillets with lemon and dill butter sauce, cod fillets with tomato basil butter sauce, tuna fillets with lime and chili butter sauce, and pangasius fillets with sweet chili butter sauce.
According to DKSH, the “Simply Bake” range is packed in sealed oven-able foil bags with specially designed vents, allowing the consumer to cook the products in less than thirty minutes, from freezer to plate.
