The salmon exchange Fish Pool reported spot prices were up last week in relation to the previous week, but prices were unstable and varied day to day.
Forward prices are moving rapidly upward in that the prediction spot prices will fall after Easter never came to fruition.
For May, the price is expected to be NOK 32 (€3.68/$4.89) per kilo, while NOK 31 (€3.57/$4.74) per kilo is anticipated for June.
July and August is expected to produce a price of NOK 30 (€3.45/$4.58)
