Scotland-based St. James Smokehouse launched its new St. James Scotch Reserve Trio in December across Whole Foods stores in the United States and United Kingdom.
The trio is packed using three separate 4 oz. vacuum pouches, which lock in each unique flavor profile and eliminates the migration of flavors, Founder and CEO Brendan James Maher said.
With 11 flavor varieties, "we produce more varieties of natural flavor-infused smoked salmon than anyone."
Inspiration behind the trio came when developing a product for Costco.
"We were approached by Costco in the UK and we sent them our individual flavor varieties.
