Rhode Island-based Southstream Seafoods Inc. is hitting the ground running in 2017 with newly updated packaging to match the new logo and brand it launched in the middle of the fourth quarter last year.

The new packaging is "a nice clean look that should enhance the quality of the fish inside the box," said President Mark Soderstrom. "We spent probably a year to a year and a quarter to get it to the point where we actually liked it."
