Chinese seafood processor Sino Agro Food on Wednesday announced it would spin-off its aquaculture operations and list them on the Oslo Bors.
The company said the move is a "decisive step" in the company's vision to become a leader in the aquaculture sector.
The new company will encompass several of the group's shrimp farming operations, including Enping City Bi Tao A Power Prawn Culture Development Co., Zhongshan A Power Prawn Culture Farms Development Co. and Jiang Men City A Power Fishery Development Co.
