Singapore-based fish farmer Barramundi Asia is expecting business to skyrocket within the next three years as it is eying the United States as its next big market, reported The Strait Times.

The firm believes annual sales of the barramundi it farms could surge to 6 million kg a year by 2019 from about 500,000 kg of fish last year.

It intends to export around 20,000 kg a month to the US market by the end of this year.
