Should you invest in the seafood sector?

In the latest IntraFish Industry Report -- Investing in Seafood -- I have analyzed the 50 largest publicly listed seafood stocks, ranging from multi-billion market cap companies such as CP Foods, Marine Harvest, Nutreco and Thai Union to small-cap companies with market capitalizations below €100 million, such as Sapmer, Solvtrans, Russian Sea and Nireus.

The publicly listed seafood sector is still relatively small with a combined market cap of €24 billion (compared to almost €300 billion for the European Food majors), while accounting for around a quarter of the global seafood sector in terms of revenues.
