In Seattle, the Safeway stores are selling “super colossal” sea scallops, under 10-count, sold in 5-pound bags for $7.99 (€5.90) a pound. Scallop kabobs – ready for the grill – are also on sale for $7.99 a pound.
At the QFC in Portland, Ore., fresh whole Copper River sockeye salmon are on sale for $6.99 (€5.16) a pound for the whole fish, or $9.99
