Kristian Eidesvik, a Norwegian shipping magnate and a shareholder in whitefish firm Domstein ASA, called R. Domstein & Co's bid for control of the company "a pure heist."
“Unprofessional and just not on, but bound to be within the letter of the law," said Eidesvik, who through the companies Caiano and Caiano Fisk has 3.6 percent stake in the company.
Through several transactions last week, R. Domstein & Co secured more than 90 percent of Domstein ASA.
The Domstein family-controlled company agreed with Kverva it will then be able buy back the new Domstein ASA shares.
