Denver-based Seattle Fish Co. just finalized the purchase of a small distribution business in the skiing resort town of Jackson Hole, Wyoming, which will help the company expand its territory and increase capacity, Seattle Fish COO Derek Figueroa told IntraFish.

The purchase may be relatively small, but it's a testament to how the company has helped grow the still-underestimated market of the US Midwest.
