The 70-acre estate near Ketchum, Idaho was auctioned off in September by Concierge Auctions, and May submitted the highest bid at $19 million (€17.5 million).
However, he is now suing Concierge and Fuld, disputing terms of the auction, and wants a judge to nullify its result, according to Idaho Mountain Express newspaper.
