The Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group unveils its new Summer Grill Menu, a collection of world-class seafood, sandwiches, salads, and grill favorites sized perfectly for warm weather appetites. The menu runs through Sept. 6.

A sampling of the summer grill menu includes shrimp Cobb salad, asparagus and crabmeat salad, ahi tuna steak sandwich, lobster bisque, surf 'n turf Maine lobster and filet mignon, lobster mashed potatoes, miso-glazed Chilean seabass, jumbo diver scallops, and Scottish salmon served with a variety of chef-inspired sauces, according to foodservice consultancy Technomic Inc.
