The New South Wales Food Authority in Australia has found the batch of John Bull Tuna -- supplied by Thai firm Sea Value -- linked to the food poisoning scare in Sydney to be safe, according to the Sydney Morning Herald.

However, the accompanying salad was found to contain 3950 mg of scombroid histamine per kilogram well over the acceptable levels of 200mg per kg.

“All cans tested from the batch of John Bull tuna supplied to a Sydney café are all clear and fit for human consumption,” said authority FTA Food Solutions following releasing the test results.
