Macduff Shipyards this week handed over the second landing craft as part of a major contract worth a total of £3.4 million (€4.9 million/$5.3 million) to Scottish Sea Farms.
Macduff has already delivered three 170 metric ton barges to Scottish Sea Farms, with two landing crafts also being built at the yard.
The Keira May landing craft is 14.9 meters long and 5.6 meters wide and is capable of carrying 21 metric tons of deck cargo, it has an engine capacity of 236 kilowatts.
