Richard Darbyshire, fish farm manager in Orkney for Scottish Sea Farms, won Marks and Spencer’s Champion of Champions award.
The annual M&S Farming for the Future awards were established six years ago to reward producers in the M&S supply chain.
There are seven initial categories – six regional UK awards as well as an international award – with the winners of each of these categories put forward for the overall Champion of Champions award.
Darbyshire won the award for the establishment a new Lochmuir Salmon farm on Eday.
