Seachill's Saucy Fish brand has seen an estimated 64 percentincrease in shopper numbers compared to a year ago, with its share of brandedchilled fish increasing year on year by 3 percent to over 19 percent of thebranded market for total chilled fish, Managing Director Simon Smith toldIntraFish.
“There are a number of new consumers taking to Saucy Fish,and that’s what we set out to do,” he said. “What we’re doing is appealing toshoppers and consumers in way that hasn’t been seen before.”
The
