Santa Barbara: MacKnight's motion to strike is 'misleading and false'

The legal feud between brothers Timothy and Jonathan Brown continues to push on with a court filing from Timothy Brown, CEO of US smoked salmon supplier Santa Barbara Smokehouse, on Thursday.

Timothy Brown "respectfully requests that this court deny (MacKnight's) motion to dismiss" and its motion to strike and require MacKnight to answer Santa Barbara's counterclaim.

Back in May, Timothy Brown filed a response to MacKnight Food Group Owner Jonathan Brown's lawsuit along with a counterclaim. He called Jonathan Brown's lawsuit "imbecilic" and "offensive."
