The legal feud between brothers Timothy and Jonathan Brown continues: Santa Barbara Smokehouse, Inc., asked the court earlier this month to dismiss an ongoing lawsuit because "MacKnight Food has either destroyed or has not or cannot establish jurisdiction; has failed to add indispensable parties; and can seek relief more adequately in an English court under the Agreement and the doctrine of forum non conveniens," according to court documents.
MacKnight Food Group is managed by Jonathan Brown and Santa Barbara by his brother Timothy Brown.
