Salmon slaughter volumes fell over the past week, pushing prices up,according to salmon farmers and exporters surveyed by IntraFish.
Orders were relatively low toward the end of the week, so prices could shiftby day's end, but on average, prices were up around NOK 1 (€0.12/$0.15).
"I'm excited that the market is accepting higher prices," oneexporter said of European buyers.
