The two companies will be integrated into SalMar’s existing business operations in northern Norway.
Norwegian salmon farmer SalMar inked a deal to purchase a 100 percent stake Straumen Havbruk, which holds two fish farming licenses, and smolt producer Fjordsmolt -- both in northern Norway.
