After nearly three decades in various roles at Boston-based Stavis Seafoods, including vice-president of marketing, COO and, most recently, chief business officer, Ruth Levy is leaving the company -- and possibly the seafood industry.
Levy told IntraFish that she is not retiring, rather "taking a year off to sort out what I want to do for my next steps" but declined to comment on the reasons for her departure. She said she may or may not stay in the seafood industry after her break.
