"Upon analyzing the information provided by the two companies, we preliminarily determine that PFF and Sea Wealth should be revoked from the antidumping duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp from Thailand," the department said Wednesday in an announcement in The Federal Register.
In February 2005, the department published an antidumping duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp from Thailand. The Thai government challenged the department's practice of offsetting dumped sales with non-dumped sales in the investigation before the World Trade Organization (WTO).
