Royal Greenland is launching a series of new products in time for National Fish & Chip Day, reports Fish and Chips Fast Food magazine.
The seafood supplier has designed ketchup nuggets, plain nuggets and a fishwich to help fish and chip operators bring something new to their menus.
Royal Greenland’s ketchup nuggets are made from bitesize fillet squares of Alaskan pollock, topped with a small dose of ketchup and then battered.
