A circular FPI filed to securities officials this week reveals Rowe received a lump sum payment of CAD$375,000 ($334,675/€265,674) when he quit last fall, saying the money-losing company needed an overhaul.
Rowe also is receiving 36 monthly payments of CAD$10,417 ($9,299/€7,371) each. In all, the CAD$750,000 ($669,542/€530,469) settlement is worth two years of Rowe's salary as CEO.
