Has anyone else noticed that while the fishing and seafood industries are struggling to survive the raft of regulations that govern them, the so-called assistance from administrators and monitoring bodies generally comes in the form of reports, guidance plans, and the ever-growing popular phrase -- "road maps"?
For one to require a road map, it would suggest one is on a road which is actually going to lead somewhere -- however, for the fishing industry, a maze escape plan would probably be more fitting.
