Yihe’s court-appointed receiver James Wong again denied allegations he conspired with the company’s former CEO Steve Chen, calling it “preposterous” and continued to question the relationship between Chen and an alleged creditor Qingdao Yijia Native Imp. & Exp. Co. (Yijia).
Wong told IntraFish his last contact with Chen was on Sept. 25, two weeks after US food broker Resource One filed for receivership and a District Court Judge appointed Wong to maximize the value of the receivership estate on behalf of the court.
