French processor JC David has entered a range of seafood quenelles into this years’ Prix D’Elite competition.
The quenelles, made from haddock, herring and salmon, have a shelf-life of 21 days and are sold in packs of three, with each quenelle weighing 80 grams.
The products are made from flour, eggs, milk and fat, with 22 percent fish, JC David said in a press statement.
The Prix d'Elite awards will be handed out during the European Seafood Exposition in Brussels in the last week of April.
