Malaysian fishmeal and surimi giant QL Resources Berhad is setting up a new trading company in Vietnam, dealing with animal feed raw materials and related products.
The new company -- QL Feedingstuffs Vietnam Limited Liability Company (QLFV) -- will be a wholly-owned subsidiary of QL Feedingstuffs Sdn. Bhd. (QLF), which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of QL Resources.
The chartered capital of QLFV is VND 10.7 billion (€432,828/$477,333) and its principal activity is trading in animal feed raw materials and related products, the company said.
