Orion Seafood International earlier this year expanded its line of Grill-Cuts products from shrimp to include tuna steaks, swordfish steaks and lobster tails.
The price point for the shrimp, tuna and swordfish is around $8 (€5.69), with the lobster tails going for anywhere betwen $9.99 (€7.10) and $14.99 (€10.66), depending on the size of the lobster.
While sales of the new Grill-Cuts line are going well, company President Rex Clothier says he wishes they could be dealing with some of the lower-cost goods.
