Norwegian fish health and ingredients producer Produs Aqua is merging operations as part of ongoing efforts to push the supply of natural health and growth promotion ingredients in feed, according to the Norwegian companies register.
The companies have cooperated for years, but under the new structure Alltech Norway is listed as the acquiring company.
Alltech is based in Kentucky in the United States.
