Jacobo Gonzalez-Robatto, named New Pescanova's board president Thursday, said the company will not trade on the Spanish stock Exchange in the near-term, according to Noticias Galicia.
“We don’t have any plans,” he said. "I’d love that to happen, but in three or four years time.”
The company’s facilities in Chapela, Vigo will need a capital increase, Gonzalez-Robatto said, however, “how much and when is still unknown."
