Pescanova used two administrative agencies in Vigo to set up front companies and issue false invoices, workers have told the National Court.

Three workers from the two companies told Judge Pablo that some Pescanova managers asked them to set up companies from which the companies could generate false invoices, according to reports in the Spanish media.

The forensic report prepared by KPMG into the behavior of the bankrupt company  found that 80 percent of revenues from between 2011 and 2012 were fictitious.
