Pescanova is still not ready to resume trading on the Spanish stock market, according to the National Securities Market (CNMV), after failing to submit all the information requested by the regulatory body.
Pescanova was urged to submit additional information about the company’s new role and specific operations as minority holder of New Pescanova in July, but the answers submitted by the company on Aug. 3 are still not satisfactory, the CMMV claims.
Among the unresolved questions, the CMNV said the company failed to submit a sufficient updated business plan for New Pescanova.
