Pan Fish to move headquarters, Eide remains CEO

The board said it would move the headquarters for the new Pan Fish -- an entity that includes the salmon-farming operations of Marine Harvest and Fjord Seafood -- to Oslo, Norway, but would keep CEO Atle Eide in place.
