Pacific Seafood's Las Vegas processing plant received an “A grade” in its British Retail Consortium ( BRC) inspection, the highest level certification.

The Las Vegas facility processes several species of fin fish including salmon and steelhead fillets, as well as shell fish such as crab.  The certification confirms that the highest standards have been met in the areas of food safety and hygiene.

“Thiscertification further assures our customers that they are buying from a companythat has raised the bar on sanitation and allergen awareness,” said Las VegasOperations Manager, Anthony Bonick.
