The new menu will be served aboard Holland America’s 13 ships and includes items such as tequila shrimp, grilled sea scallops, Caribbean-spiced tuna sashimi, pan-roasted Alaskan black cod, warm Maine lobster salad, and peppercorn-crusted monkfish.
