Pacific Andes Resources Development (PARD) is engaging RSM Corporate Advisory (Hong Kong) Limited to undertake a forensic review of the company.
The scope of the forensic review is "in respect of certain allegations relating to certain transactions of the group giving rise to the appointment of provisional liquidators (JPLs) for China Fishery Group Limited and for China Fisheries International Limited," said the company.
PARD’s independent review committee, which includes Lt-Gen Ng Jui Ping, Bertie Cheng Shao Shiong and Chew Hai Chwee, engaged RSM for the review on July 5.
