The $300 million (€207 million) turnover crab, lobster and shrimp sales group is launching lobster and snow crab under its Healthy Oceans brand in addition to shrimp.
Orion plans to increase sales for Healthy Oceans-branded products from $3 million (€2.1 million) in 2010 to $30 million (€20.7 million) for 2011, owner and CEO Charles Anastasia told IntraFish.
“Last year we didn’t push it as hard. Sales are already going strong this year, we have $7 million (€4.8 million) in orders already,” said Anastasia.
