The board of the National Confederation of Chilean Salmon and Mussel Industry Workers (CONATRASAL) had a meeting Friday with the opposition presidential candidate Sebastian Pinera of the National Renovation Party, who was visiting southern Chile.
Salmon workers explained their problems during the meeting, mainly concerning the impact of unemployment on the salmon regions.
