Dan Meyers spends his weekends on the road and on the clock for Superior Foods. Working weekends continually may sound like a sacrifice, but to say he doesn’t mind giving up the most relaxing days of the week to educate customers on seafood is an understatement.
“I love this – this is my niche – I love seafood, and teaching people about it.” Meyers told IntraFish. “I get a kick out of it.”
Meyers is Superior Foods’ seafood roadshow coordinator, and since stepping into the role two years ago, he’s helped the company work up to an average of two dozen seafood road shows per weekend.
