Oceanus Group attempted to shed some light on the mysterious deaths of millions of abalones at its China land-based farms.

In a reply to queries from the Singapore Exchange on Nov. 21, the firm also said it had acted as quickly as possible to issue a profit warning, reports The Straits Times. The company’s share price has come down from SGD 0.40 (€0.23/$0.31) to the current level of SGD 0.085 (€0.05/$0.07) on Nov. 23.
