The seafood restaurant chain filed for bankruptcy protection in 2009, forcing it to shut down four stores. The company is scheduled to exit from bankruptcy protection this week in Texas, and Wade Wiestling, vice president of culinary development, told IntraFish the company is ready to move forward.
“We are all anxious to turn the page on the New Year, and to see when and if the economy can right itself sooner rather than later,” he said. “I don’t expect any miraculous recovery anytime soon; we believe around here it will be the third quarter before we really get a sense of any recovery.
