The company on Monday shut down four restaurants, in Charlotte, N.C.; Cincinnati, Ohio; Philadelphia, and Seattle, Wade Wiestling, vice president of culinary development, told IntraFish.
“We’re closing down a handful of unprofitable restaurants to better stabilize the company for the future, so it’s onward and upward,” said Wiestling. “We’re taking the necessary steps to position the company for the future. We will continue to forge ahead with a number of programs, continue to improve efficiencies and continue to deliver the highest-quality seafood and service at each of our restaurants.”
