Ocean Beauty Seafoods is launching a range of branded frozen mussels into the US market.
This full line of St. Andrews brand Chilean blue mussels is debuting at the 2012 International Boston Seafood Show.
Available in both retail and foodservice packaging, the mussels ship frozen directly from Chilean Patagonia.
“Not only are mussels the right product at the right time, but our product line is perfectly suited for the seafood retail and foodservice markets today,” said Ron Christianson, Ocean Beauty’s vice president of US sales.
