Ocean Beauty President and CEO Mark Palmer will accept an award from SeaShare recognizing this accomplishment at the Boston seafood show during a ceremony on Sunday.
Ocean Beauty has supported SeaShare since 2003, primarily with canned salmon and frozen seafood products. SeaShare is also the charitable partner to Ocean Beauty’s annual golf tournament.
Ocean Beauty joins American Seafoods the Mazzetta Company and other suppliers who have donated millions of meal to SeaShare to feed America's hungry.
SeaShare, a non-profit organization, works within the seafood industry to combine donations of fish, services, and funds to generate large volumes for hunger-relief.
