Nueva Pescanova is suing the former Pescanova over alleged advantages in the merger agreement and double segregation during the company’s restructuring, reports Expansion.

Pescanova announced Monday the notification of a new complaint received on Oct. 4 by New Pescanova, the company set up within the restructuring to save the company.

In the lawsuit, filed in the Commercial Court No. 1 of Pontevedra, New Pescanova is demanding compensation from Pescanova over alleged advantages in the merger agreements and double segregation.
