The new hatchery, opened last week at Huelmo in Puerto Montt, has a total surface area of 2,800 cubic meters, 10 tanks sized at 157 cubic meters and three at 80 cubic meters.
The facility will provide 45 permanent jobs, 35 part-time jobs and 30 indirect jobs, the company said.
